Sixty years of show business, sixty years of theater, cabaret, cinema, TV, sixty years in the imagination of Italians. Although closely linked, in the popularity of a vast audience, to that of his partner and lifelong friend Renato Pozzetto, Aurelio "Cochi" Ponzoni's career took different paths quite early on, both in cinema and in theater. Here, in particular, Cochi's personality was able to express itself, already since the 1970s, in the whole range of registers and situations, in traditional roles, never taken for granted, and in more experimental ones, undertaken thanks to an insatiable intellectual curiosity. The book, written with the collaboration of Paolo Crespi, is a memoir that draws the reader into Cochi's life, starting with his childhood and wartime memories and ending with his more recent artistic adventures, opening up never-before-seen glimpses into the life of one of the most well-known and secretive personalities on the Italian stage. "The Whole Story" for readers of multiple generations of fans, from the orphans of the legendary Derby Club to young viewers of the latest adventures, not only theatrical, of the protagonist.
