Curated by Daniele Bianco / Grand Tour Company
Alternating between scenes of clowns, juggling, and moments of storytelling, the show takes young spectators on a journey to discover the story of a boy who becomes a clown for fun and embarks on a journey that takes him far away, to the borders of Europe.
He ends up in a refugee camp, there where the fates of adults and children are marked by the harsh laws of a system made of injustice.
But one can always find the strength to have a laugh and play together.
Danny meets many children and among them Halima, who tells him about the atrocity of war, the exodus, the myriad dangers of escape and above all the hatred of "bad men."
The show offers children, and their families, a time to reflect on the sensitive issues of diversity, respect, acceptance and and welcoming of migrant people.
