After the great success in Mendrisio, the photographic exhibition Families - Imagining the Past, Exploring the Future will land at the Palazzo dei Congressi in Lugano during the LongLake Festival. The LongLake Festival's Family Village is the perfect place for a family afternoon! In addition to the exhibition, you will find games, books for children of all ages and numerous free workshops each day, with fun and educational activities for everyone. The exhibition, opened to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the International Year of the Family, tells the story of families in Switzerland through engaging images and text. During the tour, we will explore together the major events that have marked the history of families in Switzerland and Ticino. We will discover how family models have evolved and address the needs and challenges of modern families.
